1. Services Provided

INBEK TRANSPORT SERVICES agrees to provide transport/logistics services as requested by the customer at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any load or passenger that poses a safety risk or is in violation of South African transport laws.

2. Quotations and Pricing
* All quotes are valid for [e.g., 7 days] from the date of issue.
* Prices are based on the information provided (weight, distance, volume). If the actual details differ significantly upon arrival, YINBEK TRANSPORT SERVICES reserves the right to adjust the final price.

3. Payment Terms
* Payment must be made [e.g., upfront / upon delivery] via our approved payment methods.
* For long-distance transport, a deposit of [e.g., 50%] may be required to secure the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. However, cancellations impact our scheduling:
* Cancellations made 24 hours before: No charge or full refund of deposit.

* No-show: If the driver arrives and the client is not present/goods are not ready, a call-out fee will be charged.

5. Liability and Insurance
* Goods in Transit: While we handle all items with extreme care, YINBEK TRANSPORT SERVICES is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging by the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
